With online courses for working adults, our Bachelor of Applied Sciencs (BAS) in Management degree fits your busy life. After you graduate, you’ll be ready to get a job in business management, or you can pursue a graduate degree like a Master’s of Business Administration (MBA).

Already have an associate degree? You're halfway there! You can apply credits from your associate degree to your BAS degree.

Take generalized business classes, or specialize while earning your BAS in Management:

• Tribal Management
• Human Resources Management
• Entrepreneurship and Marketing

These specializations are also available as short-term certificates for anyone who has completed an associate degree, a bachelor’s degree, or 90 credits with a 2.0 or higher GPA in both college-level math and English. Visit pencol.edu/Management for more details.
